Mentor You

MentorYou is a personalized coaching program designed to assist job seekers (mentees) by pairing them with professionally active individuals (mentors). These mentors volunteer their expertise and knowledge of the labor market to support the professional integration of mentees. Over a six-month period, each mentor-mentee pair collaborates with the singular objective of securing employment for the mentee. Mentors are enthusiastic, professionally active volunteers who possess strong listening, communication, and creative skills. Their role is to establish a trust-based, equal relationship with their mentees, providing a deeper understanding of the professional world. This program is open to any mentee residing in the Brussels region who is actively seeking employment, training, an internship, or considering a career change. MentorYou collaborates with various socio-professional integration organizations, training centers, schools, and adult education institutions to extend the reach of its mentorship program to as many individuals as possible who are in search of employment, training, internships, or professional reorientation. (mentoryou.be ) The program is coordinated by POUR LA SOLIDARITÉ – PLS, a non-profit association under Belgian law, with its registered office located at 66 rue Coenraets, 1060 Brussels, Belgium.
