Each mentoring relationship, or "duo," lasts for six months and is supervised by a dedicated coordinator. Mentors work with one mentee at a time, tailoring their support to the mentee's profile, needs, and ambitions to help them find their place in the job market. Each duo benefits from continuous oversight by a designated coordinator and has access to quality facilities and resources. Registration is open year-round, and no specific level of education or experience is required to participate in the program.
