The Union Professionnelle du Secteur Immobilier (UPSI) / Beroepsvereniging van de Vastgoedsector (BVS) is a professional organization representing leading Belgian companies in real estate development, land parcelling, and real estate investment. With over 40,000 jobs, UPSI-BVS members account for 60% of the retail real estate market, 60% of the sector's turnover, 40% of the residential real estate market, and 85% of the office market, contributing €5.7 billion annually in real estate taxes.
