Femarbel, established in 1967, is a non-political and independent federation representing operators in elderly care accommodation. As the leading federation in the Walloon Region and Brussels, Femarbel specializes in advocating for the interests of the commercial private sector, which accounts for 47% of beds in the Walloon Region and 63% in the Brussels-Capital Region.
