Impact House is a dynamic hub dedicated to changemakers—individuals committed to addressing pressing social and environmental challenges through entrepreneurship. Located in the heart of Brussels, it serves as a meeting point for those who dare to question the status quo and pursue sustainable societal impact. The organization operates on the conviction that the greatest societal impact arises when non-profit and for-profit sectors strengthen each other. It advocates for a model where these sectors collaborate with the common goal of shaping a better future, believing that business should be a force for positive social and environmental innovation. By fostering collaboration at all levels and thinking long-term, Impact House aims to achieve sustainable impact. Within its space, social entrepreneurs, supporting organizations, impact investors, inclusive corporates, and civil society come together. It is a place where people are inspired, new collaborations grow, and innovative solutions are co-created. The facility offers a small but ambitious co-working, meeting, and event space with positive societal impact at its core. The founder, Piet Colruyt, was inspired by a personal growth training in his family company, Colruyt, and the book 'How to Change the World?' by David Bornstein. He realized he could and wanted to put his background and experience at the service of social entrepreneurs who combined the best of both worlds: a healthy business model and societal impact. Piet is foremost an impact investor who fully believes you really can reconcile the three P’s: people, planet, and profit. The ecosystem within Impact House includes organizations such as Impact Capital, Shaping Impact Group, Ashoka Belgium, Oya Seed, Duurzaam Beleggen Academy, SI² Fund, KIYO, Debateville, Klimaatzaak, Impact Finance Belgium, Sustenuto, FIDE, ODS, G1000, Unoya, OMGEVING, Make.org, and NONO.
