Talented Youth Network (TYN) is a Belgian youth organization dedicated to empowering individuals aged 12 to 25 within the Wallonia-Brussels Federation. Through engaging and inspiring activities, TYN focuses on fostering autonomy, self-confidence, and civic engagement among young people. The organization offers a variety of high-value programs, including workshops, projects, and events, all designed to stimulate personal development and active participation in society. (talentedyouth.net ) One notable initiative is the "No Hate Zone" project, co-created by TYN's Council of Representatives following a trip to Bordeaux with BePax and Migration Beyond Prejudice, focusing on racism and sexism. Inspired by these themes and their exchanges with other young Europeans from Spain, Italy, and France, they decided to organize a six-day program of activities to discuss current issues. Through meetings with professionals and field visits, participants can discuss these topics, reflect on their future, and collaboratively imagine a group project to conclude this experience. This project is free (registration required) and open to anyone aged 16 to 25, providing a safe and welcoming space for learning and creation. Additionally, the organization provides workshops and activities for schools in the heart of Brussels, supporting teachers and schools in developing participatory projects or addressing issues related to sustainable development, culture, or citizenship. TYN offers activities in the Province of Liège, the Province of Hainaut, and Brussels, working with local partners or directly with young people. These activities can take the form of workshops with partners, school animations, or project support initiated by a group of young people. Since 2020, TYN has been reinventing itself, staying close to young people and strengthening its local presence in Brussels.
