Campus 19 is a unique coding platform that offers project-based learning without traditional classes or teachers, aiming to develop in-demand technical and interpersonal skills for individuals aged 18 and over. The platform emphasizes a gamified, peer-to-peer learning experience, fostering skill advancement in a job market increasingly seeking digital talent. Campus 19 provides free access to its resources and conducts in-person fast tracks, which include completing online games and check-ins to expedite the registration process. Participants then undertake an entrance exam known as the Pool, involving a month of immersive experience to determine if the training fits their needs. After completing the Pool, participants can begin their courses on campus. The company operates on strong values promoting sustainable professional integration into the job market. Campus 19 opened its first campus in Brussels and welcomed its inaugural participants in Antwerp in October 2022.
