Bruxelles Formation

Bruxelles Formation is the French-speaking public service for vocational training in Brussels. Its mission is to enable job seekers and workers to obtain qualifications, improve their skills, or retrain in a profession. Bruxelles Formation manages the training offered by French-speaking training providers in Brussels. In concrete terms, by working closely with a large number of partners, Bruxelles Formation makes the offer even more accessible to job seekers. In total, this represents more than 650 training courses. Brussels residents can come and learn about their professional future and the world of work at the Cité des métiers in Brussels, where our advisors will offer them training. Ensuring that the needs of job seekers and the economic development of the Brussels Region are met, Bruxelles Formation manages an offer that covers 20 different training areas such as digital technology, management, languages, hospitality, eco-construction, logistics, but also health, fashion, and security. Companies are privileged partners. Bruxelles Formation develops a tailor-made training program for companies that are committed to hiring. Bruxelles Formation also trains company staff to help them gain skills. Each year, Bruxelles Formation and its partners train more than 4,500 workers and more than 16,000 job seekers. Nearly 80% of job seekers in training find a job, return to education, or resume training within the following year.
