Femmes Fières is a dynamic ecosystem dedicated to empowering women entrepreneurs to launch and grow their businesses with comprehensive support and guidance. Founded in Morocco in 2016, the organization now operates across Africa and Europe, connecting women who are making a difference worldwide. At Femmes Fières, we equip, train, and support women entrepreneurs to transform their ideas into empowering projects through support programs co-created with our partners. Our mission is to foster greater economic mobility for women shaping the future of our society. We believe that small steps lead to significant changes, and we remain committed to supporting initiatives that empower and connect women entrepreneurs. Our activities encompass four key areas: Formation: In partnership with training centers, NGOs, and institutions, we co-create customized training programs that adapt to diverse realities and ambitions. Designed by accomplished female entrepreneurs, these programs offer concrete tools and the confidence needed to transform an idea into a thriving project. Accompagnement: We provide individual support to founders seeking a supportive yet demanding external perspective. Our sessions cover strategy, organization, finance, leadership style, and work-life balance, each concluding with a simple action plan, useful resources, and networking opportunities. Événement: Recognizing that connections transform destinies, Femmes Fières creates spaces for authentic connection where female entrepreneurs meet, exchange ideas, and inspire one another. Our pride includes the #SoShe Festival in Brussels, the first festival at the crossroads of women's entrepreneurship and technology. Plaidoyer: We amplify the voices of female founders and collaborate with public and private stakeholders to change the landscape. Through policy briefs, presentations, and publications on empowerment through entrepreneurship and social innovation, we aim to remove barriers and pave the way for more women-led businesses. Over the past 12 months, we have supported more than 50 women in launching or developing their businesses by providing concrete tools, training, and a supportive network. Alongside our partners, we are paving the way for businesses launched by pioneering women. More than 150 business projects are directly supported by our internal programs and interventions with our partners. Committed and complementary partners provide a comprehensive offering to support women entrepreneurs. More than 2,000 women entrepreneurs and project leaders have participated in at least one of our activities.
