SheDIDIT

#SheDIDIT is a Belgium-based non-profit organization dedicated to empowering women from diverse cultural backgrounds to develop entrepreneurial skills and realize their business projects. Since its inception in 2018, #SheDIDIT has been committed to creating an inclusive space where diversity meets womenpreneurship. The organization offers a range of services designed to support women at various stages of their entrepreneurial journey. These include individual business coaching, group coaching programs, workshops, and networking events. Through these initiatives, members gain access to a supportive community, enhancing both their business acumen and personal growth. A key component of #SheDIDIT's mission is the #SheHUB, a multifunctional five-story building that serves as a hub for diverse womenpreneurs. Located in Antwerp-Berchem, the #SheHUB provides accessible workspaces, visibility for female talent, and a community-oriented environment where women can shape their entrepreneurial paths. The facility includes office spaces, event areas, service stations, and a versatile "Mirror Room" suitable for various activities. This evolution from a concept store to a comprehensive ecosystem underscores #SheDIDIT's commitment to fostering growth, talent development, and entrepreneurship among women. Understanding the unique challenges faced by women of color in the entrepreneurial landscape, #SheDIDIT was founded to address the limited access to coaching, networking, and knowledge that these women often encounter. By sharing stories and role models, the organization has rapidly grown its community, challenging the status quo and creating a space where seats at the table are abundant and inclusive. In addition to its coaching programs and the #SheHUB, #SheDIDIT offers the #SheFUND initiative, a rent-free loan system for diverse female founders. This program combines financial support with entrepreneurial coaching and financial literacy training, aiming to close the funding gap that disproportionately affects women of color. By providing these resources, #SheDIDIT empowers women to overcome barriers and achieve their business goals.
