In the latter case, we refer to this as: Payrolling is a flexible way to combine freelance work with, for example, a permanent job, studies, retirement, or unemployment. In this case, you retain your employee status and enjoy full social protection (think of sick days, family allowances, paid public holidays, etc.). For the duration of the assignment, Tentoo becomes your legal employer, and you work on a statutory temporary employment basis.
