CVO Semper is the largest adult education centre (Centre voor Volwassenenonderwijs) in Brussels and its northern periphery, with 360 qualified teachers spread across 46 teaching locations. CVO Semper provides a wide range of adult education courses in areas such as languages, computer science, photography, personal care, fashion, cooking, administration, and vocational training. Aimed at empowering adults in Flanders and Brussels, the courses include Dutch for speakers of other languages, multimedia, and the opportunity to attain a secondary school diploma.
