An alumni network and a mentoring system support the integration of new recruits into numerous partner companies that trust Interface3 annually. These partnerships encourage a highly motivated workforce year after year. (interface3.be ) Interface3 offers a variety of training programs tailored to the evolving job market. These include IT training such as System Administrator, Web Developer, and Data Analyst; technical training like Electromechanical Technician and Logistics Manager; and administrative and commercial training such as Administrative Assistant and Multimedia Sales Specialist. The organization also provides specialized workshops and orientation modules to introduce women to digital technologies and support their career transitions. (interface3.be ) In collaboration with schools and associations, Interface3 organizes discovery and initiation workshops on IT tools for partner associations and their audiences. Through a project-based training method, the organization encourages group work, anchoring in everyday life, and personal involvement. These activities aim to help children understand the difference between machine language and human language, such as how to give instructions to a computer or a robot. (interface3.be ) Since 1987, Interface3 has benefited from the support of numerous financial and educational partners, including Actiris (the Regional Employment Office in the Brussels-Capital region), Bruxelles Formation (the official body responsible for the professional training of job seekers and workers in the French-speaking region of Brussels-Capital), and the Commission Communautaire Française (Cocof). These collaborations have enabled the organization to launch innovative training programs, develop original educational tools, experiment with new teaching methods, and explore employment niches previously unexplored by women. (interface3.be ) For companies seeking to recruit, Interface3 offers access to a pool of qualified candidates trained in various fields, from Full-Stack Web Development to Electromechanics, Data Analysis, and Administrative Collaboration. All training programs are aligned with labor market needs and are updated annually, ensuring that trainees possess the skills employers are looking for. Partnering with Interface3 allows companies to access a quality recruitment pool while contributing to greater diversity in their technical, IT, and logistics teams. (interface3.be ) Interface3's mission is to promote gender equality in the professional world by facilitating women's access to IT, technical, and logistics professions, as well as administrative and commercial roles transformed by information technology. The organization aims to overcome obstacles that prevent women from entering these fields and to contribute to greater diversity in sectors still predominantly male. With over 30 years of experience in training and supporting women towards ICT professions, Interface3 has expanded its mission to include other sectors where women are underrepresented, such as electromechanics, logistics, and heating technology.
