Junior Enterprises Belgium (JEB) is the Belgian federation of Junior Enterprises, non-profit organizations entirely managed by higher education students. These student-led entities provide consulting services across various fields, including business, engineering, law, design, and information technology, aiming to bridge the gap between academic learning and professional practice. As a confederation, JEB comprises 19 Junior Enterprises spread across multiple campuses in Belgium. The primary objectives of JEB are to support existing Junior Enterprises in their continuous improvement, facilitate the development of new Junior Enterprises, and represent their interests at both national and international levels. To foster collaboration and knowledge exchange, JEB organizes three annual events where Junior Entrepreneurs can meet and share best practices. JEB collaborates with a range of partners to host events, deliver workshops, and connect Junior Entrepreneurs with industry professionals. This partnership network includes organizations such as Wallonie Entreprendre, Boston Consulting Group (BCG), BDO, and CipherLab Industry Solutions. These collaborations aim to bridge the gap between the academic and business worlds, providing students with practical experiences and networking opportunities. For individuals or organizations interested in initiating projects, JEB offers a streamlined process to connect them with the appropriate Junior Enterprise. By submitting project requirements through JEB's platform, clients can receive tailored proposals from various Junior Enterprises, ensuring a perfect fit for their specific needs. JEB is committed to supporting the growth and development of its member organizations, promoting the Junior Enterprise concept throughout Belgium, and enhancing the practical learning experiences of students by connecting them with real-world business challenges.
