FeBISP is the Brussels Federation of Socio-Professional Integration and Social Economy Integration Organizations. It represents 80 organizations and 98 projects active in these two sectors, employing more than 1,000 people to serve low-skilled job seekers. FeBISP's primary mission is to represent the socio-professional integration (ISP) and social economy integration (ESI) sectors by defending the collective interests of its 80 members. As a sectoral federation, FeBISP supports the actions of its members on the institutional, educational, administrative, and financial levels. At the same time, the federation strives to facilitate the development of integration schemes and their qualitative improvement. The objective: to guarantee associations the resources corresponding to the importance of the general interest missions entrusted to them. As an employers' federation, and a contact for trade unions and associations, FeBISP represents and negotiates for its members all matters related to collective labor relations. It assumes various mandates in joint bodies. Particular attention is paid to the continuing education of workers in the sector. It also ensures the participation of its sectors in the entire life of the non-profit sector at the regional, community, and federal levels. FeBISP also provides individual services to its members. The objective is to strengthen their professional skills and expertise. The federation's services consist of providing targeted advice and specific information on administrative, social, economic, and legal issues relating to the activities of affiliated associations and companies.
