The Association Bruxelloise pour le Bien-Être au Travail (ABBET) is dedicated to assisting Brussels-based non-profit organizations recognized by the COCOF and COCOM in developing and implementing their workplace well-being policies. Established in 2011 as part of the Brussels non-profit agreements, ABBET operates within associations across five sectors accredited by COCOF: Institutions and Services for Youth and Disabled Assistance (ISAJH) Social Assistance and Health Care (ASSS) Adapted Work Enterprises (ETA) Home Care and Assistance (SAD) Socio-Professional Integration (ISP) Additionally, ABBET supports associations with "social cohesion" accreditation. Since 2019, its activities have expanded to include associations accredited by COCOM in sectors such as Aid and Care, Mental Health, Disability, Seniors, and Homelessness. Practical Tools : Offering resources like the "Guide du bien-être au travail," a straightforward tool highlighting essential workplace well-being obligations and providing ready-to-use documents. ABBET's mission is to sensitize and inform various workplace well-being actors within the non-profit sector through education and resource development.
