PLACE KEY75 is an exceptional place made for people wishing to meet in an inspiring and tasteful meeting place offering space for all your projects to develop effectively. A flexible open space with essential facilities to organise your meetings, workshops, training or teambuilding sessions, or to work occasionally at a desk or in an office for a few hours or a few days, in Brussels. PLACE KEY75 is a private and independent place where you will find peace and quiet to read and reflect with privacy, to discuss and debate freely, the ideal environment to conceive and grow your best ideas. Focusing on mobile researchers and other interested people with laptops who can work anywhere, PLACE KEY75 provides welcoming spaces equipped with high-speed internet, a printer-scanner device, office equipment, drinks and snacks; and catering services can be provided upon request. PLACE KEY75 can also offer logistical and other services such as moderation and/or organisation of meetings, workshops, teambuilding, or other events but also training on European R&I affaires and advocacy. Thanks to the owner's familiarity with Brussels' environment and in-depth knowledge of the R&I policies and programmes, you can also receive sound advice on European science & technology strategies and on the institutional ecosystem of the EU. Upon request, these services can be provided by EUROPE MATTERS . We know that a few large Research and Innovation organisations have their own offices and representations in Brussels. However, most organisations in Europe, especially small universities and companies, do not have an office in Brussels. Many researchers, engineers, scholars, and other R&I experts do not have a workplace or meeting room in Brussels. But also, in-depth reading and honest debates have become rare commodities. In walking distance to Rond-Point Schumann, where the Berlaymont and the Justus Lipsius buildings, which host the European Commission and the Council respectively, are located, and not far from the European Parliament, easily accessible by public transport and feasible by foot. And if you want to take a break and have a walk, the Quartier Plasky is very pleasant, with its cafés and bistros, and the superb Parc du Cinquantenaire is also nearby. Before setting up PLACE-KEY75 , we attempted a bigger, more ambitious adventure. We knew that some organisations have offices for their researchers in Brussels, but the most do not. The number of researchers looking for workspaces and support is large, and that we dream of a just, fair and generous Europe. Two projects preceded this one, in magnificent buildings that can only be found in Brussels; the first failed because the vendors withdrew, the second was a victim of Covid. The frustration was great, the rebound all the stronger. Today we are confident that, even if smaller, this new personalised place will meet some of the needs of researchers and entrepreneurs who come to Brussels for professional reasons. PLACE KEY75 offers you a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to find yourself in the salons of a prestigious Brussels' Maison de Maître, a belle-étage with a rich and ornate, original interior decoration, or work in the basements with their unique atmosphere. Its ideal location, close to the European institutions and not far from the center of Brussels, makes it an exceptional place. PLACE KEY75 offers an adjustable workspace to researchers and entrepreneurs, by reservation*. Whether for a board meeting, a collaborative session, a training workshop, a few hours of work, or a professional lunch, the location lends itself to many forms of working together. PLACE-KEY75 provides a range of meeting spaces to suit each of your needs.
