It was the first platform globally to establish a public offering system for Belgian savings, obtaining approval from the Belgian Financial Services and Markets Authority through a published prospectus that allows unlimited crowdfunding. Spreds offers digital stakeholder management tools and financial solutions for various types of crowdfunding, including equity, loans, and non-monetary rewards. The platform pools investments through Spreds Finance, simplifying the legal processes for investors. Spreds promotes accessible investment opportunities while providing transparency, education, and risk mitigation strategies. The platform has successfully closed 319 campaigns, allowing individuals to invest safely with a trusted network of over 48,235 members and more than 50 million euros invested. Spreds' mission focuses on financing entrepreneurial dreams, contributing to the European job market, and fostering a community support system for promising businesses of the future. In early 2018, the company rebranded from MyMicroInvest to Spreds to clarify and strengthen its strategic vision.
