ART2WORK is a research and social innovation laboratory dedicated to empowering young adults in Brussels, aged 18 to 30, who are not currently engaged in education, employment, or training. The organization offers tailored coaching and training programs designed to support personal development and facilitate entry into the professional world. (art2work.be ) Recognizing the complexities of the Brussels labor market, ART2WORK believes there is space for everyone and actively seeks new opportunities to assist young people in finding their place. The organization focuses on individuals with a maximum of a secondary school certificate, limited professional experience, and those who have been uncertain about their career direction. Special attention is given to residents of neighborhoods around the canal and the Porte de Ninove. DIRECT2START : Remobilization and project definition. COACH2START : Strengthening oneself and finding one's path. TECHNICS2START : Working and developing skills.
