September 2021 : Skipr secured funding from ALD. October 2021 : Launched Lucien with a flagship store on Rue du Mail. April 2022 : EDI acquired Go-Solar (solar panel and battery). March 2022 : Acquired Taxis Verts. April 2022 : Acquired Joule. May 2022 : MyMove raised funds from multiple investors. March 2023 : Established Microlino in Belgium.
